In these one day workshops you will explore the Trager Approach with Mentastics® (self care movements) and hands on experience. Suitable for everyone interested in finding out more about this gentler way to re-integrate body and mind.

| Level 1 Training |

Location: Oaksey, Wiltshire SN16
Dates: 30th May-5 June 2010 (Wed 2nd day off)

Pre-requisites :
In order to undertake this Level I Training, you need to have received at least ONE of the following:
- two, one-and-a-half hour Trager sessions,
- one, one-and-a-half hour Trager session and an Introductory Workshop,
- one, one-and-a-half hour Trager session and a Mentastics Workshop.
Notes : Please contact a practitioner or workshop leader to arrange your pre-requisites.
Local accommodation can be arranged for you.

|

Pre-requisites : The first day of this course is open to all. The continuing days are for students and practitioners of the Trager Approach.

Date: 7th August Mentastics Self Care. Level 1 8th-14th August 2010 (Wed day off)

Pre-requisites : The Mentastics course is open to everyone. The Level 1 course is open to all students and practitioners of the Trager Approach.
