Below is a list of courses currently scheduled for 2011/12. Whether you are a Student / Practitioner of Trager®, a member of the public wishing to experience Trager® or a therapist in another field wishing to deepen your work - there is something for you.
Qualified Trager® UK Trainers will be running Workshops and courses throughout the year at venues listed below.
Introductory Workshops bring Trager® to all who are interested. After that anyone who wishes to learn Trager® proceeds on to a comprehensive training track starting with a 6 day Level I Training.

| Introductory Workshops |
|
In these one day workshops you will explore the Trager Approach with Mentastics® (self care movements) and hands on experience. Suitable for everyone interested in finding out more about this gentler way to re-integrate body and mind.

2012 Level 1 Training

Date: Saturday 23rd April 2012 to 28th April 2012

Pre-requisites :

The Level 1 course is open to all students and practitioners of the Trager Approach or those who have undertaken at least one of the following:

two, one-and-a-half hour Trager sessions,

one, one-and-a-half hour Trager session and an Introductory Workshop,

one, one-and-a-half hour Trager session and a Mentastics Workshop.
