| Personal Information | I have been teaching Iyengar Yoga for around 20 years. In that time I have accumulated a wealth of experience not only in yoga, but also in the way people move and how that habitual use effects the structure and function of their bodies and the problems that can result. The Trager Approach keys in beautifully with my yoga, and gives me an enhanced view of problems that present themselves. It also enables me to work on a one-to-one basis with people, helping to explore problems to a greater depth and together discover solutions. |
