Elizabeth changed her life in 1992 when she took up complementary medicine and studied at the Wilbury College of Natural Medicine in Hove, Sussex. Here she qualified in Aromatherapy (1993), Reflexology (1994) and Indian Head Massage (1995). She became a Trager® Practitioner in 1997.
