I work in South Cerney and Cirencester in Gloucestershire and Poole in Dorset
and am happy to travel and make house visits.
I am a mother of two and grandmother of four,
who trained as a dancer and classical musician
before studying engineering at Southampton University.
After many years as a housewife in England and California,
I worked in the U.S. aerospace industry and in personal awareness seminars,
and also earned my private pilot’s licence.
Since returning to England in 1988 I have helped run several different businesses.
During all this time I experienced various forms of body work, exercise,
and alternative therapies for coping with the stresses and strains that life can bring.
Then I received my first Trager session and felt that here was something
from which I could benefit physically, mentally, and emotionally,
and that felt “right” in its gentle yet effective approach.
I am now a Trager Practitioner and am constantly amazed at
the improvements people can bring to their own bodies and
the benefits that the relief from stress can bring.
