Pauline grew up in Holland, trained as a dancer and worked for 3 years in Europe and Japan. During that time, when she and fellow dancers were prone to injuries, she became interested in body treatments to resolve these problems. Having lived in London for 23 years now, she went on to train with the London School of Sports Massage and is qualified in Remedial and Sports Massage, Myofascial Release and recently in the Trager Approach. When she received her first Trager session in July 2007, she was so impressed that she immediately signed up for the level 1 training that took place the following week. She found the 4 year journey until her qualification in April 2010 very rewarding in terms of learning to listen to the body, increasing sensitivity to tissue changes, softness, gentle assertiveness and pauses. All these aspects can be taken into daily life and enrich the quality with a sense of ease. Pauline works from home in West London.
